• Activation / deactivation of Debit cards and Insurances, Change of Personal Information, Cheque Stop Payment.
• Activation / deactivation of Credit & Charge Card Accounts and Insurances, All inquires and reversal of charges, limit enhancements, reporting frauds, Statement issues, Installment bookings etc
• To perform financial transactions like: Internal Funds Transfers, Third Party Transfers, Booking of Fixed Deposits, Loan accounts Payments, Balance Transfers (BTF), Telex Transfers etc on urgent basis for Priority customers.
• To convince & cross sell customers for different products, giving sales pitch, achieving targets to enhance organization’s business.
• To make MIS of inbound, outbound, sales targets and schedules.
• To help customers in opening of their account on urgent basis.
• To update customers for different promotion time to time in order to give best services.
