I a Well qualified Graduate Architect having not only hands-on experience in my own field but well versed in engineering fields like Civiaml works and MEP etc. Mainly involved in management of construction and engineering supervision contracts of different Projects. I have been assigned with key responsibilities for monitoring and managing the execution of works in context with the design requirements of various infrastructural and building construction jobs, effective implementation of MEC protocols, and to ensure that the Engineer is proficient enough to perform their job per Professional Services. In addition, I have also been in preparing the pre-qualification procedures for consultants and contractors, comprehensive reporting protocols to follow the standards of issuing cumulative CVI projects progress and monthly management reports, review and preparation of technical and commercial evaluations, recommendations for award of various infrastructure and building contracts, preparing necessary documentations. Apart from the above I have worked over number of projects varied in nature and locations, as Resident-Engineer –Project-Manager (construction/ Fit-Out Works) /Project-Architect, like to monitoring of all architectural/ interior-finishing/ structural as well as all MEP matters etc... I am graduated (B-ARCH.) architect, passed in 1975 from Dawood University of Engineering & Technology Karachi, (Degree Affiliated from Karachi-University) of 5 years architectural degree course, & have total practical experience of 40 plus years, inclusive 28 years experienced is only as per site related matters like project-management/site-execution/site quality assurance/site construction-monitoring/ site construction execution-management, including infrastructure, civil, structural, architectural-finishes and all MEP related matters co-ordination with consultants, contractors & clients to arrange meetings and resolve site related matters also to take decision as per follows drawings or verbal instructions, also to follow the “Procurement” dealt of constructions materials as per site requisitions, including experiences with these details: Job Responsibilities: • Ensuring the use of team work spirit within the team and enhancing good coordination with other departments • Managing the Architecture/ Civil/Interior work’s team in the region for maximum output with the available resources • Streamlining the process of site build in the region and removal of bottle necks for monthly targets • Ensure the timelines of the projects in the region • Managing the vendors for all ongoing projects for qualitative and quantitative progress through progress review meetings • Ensuring the completion of projects within approved budgets.
