• Legal Representation and Financial Authority: Acted as the organizations authorized
financial signatory and legal representative for statutory matters (AGMs & Board
resolution), banking, management report, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Finance operation: Oversee the overall accounting processes ensuring that proper
books of accounts are maintained for effective financial control in accordance with
corporate standards and local statutory requirements.
• Financial Reporting: Review financial of local and overseas subsidiaries and ensure
numbers are reported as per IFRS / Group standard. Prepare monthly and quarterly
consolidated financial reporting as per timeline set by the group. Conduct Balance
sheet review including subledger GL, AP, AR, FA, Bank Reconciliation, Inventory etc.
on a regular basis as per group standard. Update COA based on new requirement.
• Statutory Compliance: Key interface to manage both Internal and External audit,
manage overseas tax returns and ensure timely filings in accordance with country
specific tax regulations, including VAT, WHT, CIT, Zakat. Manage Tax audit with a
support of tax advisor. Review with external or internal auditors draft financial of all
subsidiaries and advise for any changes or standards. Submit final draft to the board
or HQ.
• Internal Control: Implement robust internal control aligned with group standard and
IFRS, Develop internal control frameworks for operational processes and embed the
automated controls in the system.
• Financial Analysis: Analys financial statement or Ad hoc Financial Analysis and
operation finance and identify the root cause for the deviation.
• Business partner: Conduct MBR (Monthly Business review) including key stakeholders
& Support new business / Fixed Assets investment plan with help of ROI (Return on
investment). Prepare Monthly and quarterly report for the management or board.
• Operational Cost Intelligence: Analyzed material usage, labor efficiency, overhead
absorption, scrap, yield, and OEE metrics to strengthen production cost control and
operational performance monitoring.
• Budgeting Forecasting and Financial Planning & Control: Delivered annual budgets,
rolling forecasts, and cost projections through trend analysis and collaboration with key
stakeholders. Implement budgetary & management control. Submit reports to HQ and
Board for approval.
• IFRS Financial Reporting and Consolidation: Prepared and consolidated P&L, balance
sheet, and cash flow statements for multiple entities ensuring IFRS compliance,
reporting accuracy, and timely management submissions.
• ERP: Lead the implementations of new tools or ERP Migration or E-Invoicing
• Working Capital Management: smooth and efficient recovery plan to ensure that all
debts are collected in a timely manner and coordinate with the insurance company as
well as the sales and legal departments of the company on credit actions. Manage
cash flow across entities in the region.
• Team Management: Act as coach, Prepare success plan for the team, Develop KPIs
aligned with HR strategies and Conduct performance review on a regular interval.
