- Creating standard contracts that the company can use in its dealings with internal & external partners and negotiation with other parties.
- Contract Administration and supervising contract execution to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Review the invoices of Subcontractors.
- Preparing and drafting Owner Invoices.
- Making Reports of Contracts, Coordination with the various departments of the company
- Assist in risk analysis and mitigation
- Compile and review required project documents
- Providing advice on the interpretation of the terms of the contract with the various contracting parties
- Preparing the detailed & master baseline schedules for all required shutdowns during the project using
Primavera P6 for 150 projects in various sectors and Monitoring & following up and updating for all activities.
- Make project presentations to view the completion and planned ratios of the project via Power BI.
- Participation and support in 1, 400 other projects with the office & the action necessary to complete the tasks.
- Review daily, weekly and monthly reports submitted by the contractor.
- Prepare and submit cost cost-loaded schedule for the project. Analysis of delays and action.
- Prepares the subcontractor's performance analysis report.
- Consults with and advises department management on a wide variety.
- Attend Client/Consultant progress meetings & compile monthly status reports including the detailed activities, actual start & completion dates, % complete or remaining duration.
- Study Project documents.
- Creating Cash analysis, complex cost reports and cost allocation plans.
- Coordinating information with various departments.
- Make daily, weekly, and monthly, updates, status, and layout reports of the projects.
- Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
- Delegating tasks and ensuring workers receive feedback.
Making Quantity Survey, Shop drawings (Concrete dimensions, RFT Drawings).
