• Oversee (Total operation) a team of more than 160 personnel including Engineers, Customer Relation Executives (CRE), Technical Supervisors, Store executives, driver & Technicians, accounts & audit, HR & admin MOWASALAT Qatar.
• Provide technical support & guidelines to Engineers & CRE’s in day to day activities
• Target oriented & meeting deadlines at HMBL
• To ensure sustainable business growth with profitability by maximum utilization of resources at PML
• Business development plans, policy & activities at MSCL.
• Business Dealings with internal & external Customers.
• Provide best support service activities and ensuring that customer complaints are dealt within a structured manner and time frame. BMBL
• Arranging service campaigns & promotional activities at MSCL
• Manage, communicate and motivate staffs in line with company’s vision and mission, in order to achieve maximum output
• Preparing Quality Manual, Quality Policy & Quality Objectives at PML, HMBL, BMBL and MSCL
• Monitoring work Instructions of different departments as per ISO 9001-2008
• Ensuring work station operations strictly in line with ISO compliances
• Monitoring training & conduct tests as per ISO guidelines
• Monitoring Internal Audits as per ISO schedule
• Oversee ISO Management Review Meetings (MRM)
• Monitoring to developed Dealer Management Software (DMS/WMS) in accordance with Company policy & ISO compliance's
• Prepare training road map & Training calendar
• To monitor & ensure useful deployment of transport.
• Monitoring and ensure to provide skill up grading training for driver on defense & safe
driving principal,
• Awareness driver regarding awareness of traffic rules, regulations and laws.
• Technical trainer for Jaguar Landrover/Hyundai, Nissan and Ssangyoung Motor both sales skill and technical services.
