Responsible for the full HR & Employee life cycle from recruitment, induction to exit and involved in the day-to-day running of the HR Department.
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment, transferring, promoting, and firing processes.
• Processing payroll information in an accurate and timely manner
• Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
• Assisting and administering in human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
