Key Responsibility:

 Directly handling all the issues of hrd, admin compliance for sewing, dyeing, printing, embrodary aaband washing activities, and its employees motivation and counselling for avoiding absenteeism and migration.
 Coordination with IE and operatio/production teams to get the daily production target, compliance staqndard, housekeeping, safety, and the factory overall discipline.
 Handling Manpower budget MMR, OT budget as per approved budget vs present strength vs operation bulletin.
 Guidline and handling employees wages, salary, working hours, overtime, compensation & benefits, HRIS, final settlement etc. grievance mechanism, communication, manpower budget and controlling .
 Preparing policy and manual, SOP, Crisis & risk management, dispute and problem solving.
 Daily employees engagement & Relationship, leadership and motivation technique.
 Deeply understanding of local laws, rules and regulations, international buyer coc, ILO Conventions and international best practices.
 Strongly handling international buyer’s code of conducts and multiple compliance audits and standards, such as social, technical, environmental, Accord -Fire, Electrical & Structural Safeties, BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, C-TPAT, GOTS, OCS, HIGG, Batter Work Bangladesh, SLCP etc.
 Major Buyer Sainsbury’s, Tesco, H&M American Eagle, etc.
 Handling RSC and any safety, Social, Technical audits in terms of business demand.
