Design
Designing of pressure vessels, columns/Towers (ASME U and U2 designator), Shell & Tube heat exchangers thermal and mechanical design (ASME S stamped, TEMA & API660), Deaerator units for Desalination plants, shop fabricated API Tanks.
Review of fabrication drawings and assure fully compliance with code and specification requirements
Finite element calculation using ANSYS Software
Technical office
Preparing material take-off, bill of materials and technical delivery condition (technical ordering information) in according to ASME code and project specification.
Review, marking and material take-off of pipe isometrics for fabrication purposes and material ordering.
Preparation of hydrostatic test packs for piping systems, material required, and design of required parts required for test.
Management
Supervise CAD operators to prepare general arrangement drawings and fabrication drawings.
Attending meetings with material supplier / manufacturers discussing material requirements and deviations of project specification
Following up with clients, applying their comments and changes on calculations and drawing

Graduation project was " hydraulic Stewart Platform" : sponsored by Bibliotheca Alexandrina, Awarded in projects day of Alexandria University, and participated in IEEE annual occasion of Egypt section.
