• Assists the Construction Manager with delivery of Project fabrication, planning, Erection, installation and handover in accordance with contracts and business targets per HSE policies and procedures and work instructions.
• Preparing various stages of planning and Schedule for all the area in all respect Manpower, Machinery, Tools and Tackles, Special Requirement, and as per project deliverables and approval of the same from client.
• Detailed drawing of the scope of work and drawing with GA Drawing, P&ID, Specification, codes, standards and method of work execution.
• Managing site with the available manpower and machinery and to achieve the maximum tonnage of Fabrication and Erection of Steel Structure and achieving maximum inch meter laying.
• Liaising with the Purchase dept, regarding material and consumable follow ups and to ensure that purchase orders adequately define the specified requirements
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly updating Progress report and S Curves.
• Checking Fit up verification and Welding inspection.
• Checking Tonnage, Welding & Paint job quality and progress.
• Preparing Inspection Certificate and raising Invoice.
• Resource & Material planning for the smooth running of the project.
• Manpower and Site management, Documentation, regularly attending Client meeting.
• Managing Site to get the maximum tonnage as per the target.
• Preparation of Construction Sequence techniques as per erection availability and crane movement
• Verification and approval for erection after load calculation for lifting by crane.
• Steel Reconciliation for each area.
• Checking Statutory / Legal requirement fulfillment as per Factory Act.
• Developing Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress report.
• Delay analysis and preparing recovery action and approval.
• Safety training and motivating staff and workmen towards the company goal and target.
• Checking Tonnage, Welding & Paint job quality and progress.
• Coordinating NDT activities and third party inspection and preparing MOM with the third party.
• Preparing improvement project plan as per contract deliverables and compiling and setting target.
• Coordinating with all the departments Safety, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation, HR, Stores, Purchase and compiling as per the set target of contract deliverables.
• Contract Management of both Client and Subcontract and drafting contract, Negotiation and Execution.
• Monitoring Milestones of plant like Plant Availability, Production, Manpower, Safety deliverables and invoicing as per the target.
• Cost Estimation and finalizing contract with client along with my Project Manager.
• Work with Finance manager regarding cash flow and following up with client for the pending RA bills.
• Internal Auditor of ISO and OSHAS.
• Monitoring of compliance of Legal and statutory as per planner.
• Monitoring of Maintenance activity compliance and third party AMC - Annul Maintenance contract.
• Handling ongoing site issues and ensuring contract close out, Extension or renewable.
• Monitoring any excess jobs, and putting forth to client for excess claim.
• Documentation of all AMC, Contract, Inspection Certificate and RA Bills.
• Attending all clients meeting and preparing MOM and action plan for the same.
