Channel Management.
• Driving business to Achieve sales targets including value, volume, profitability, new partner recruitment, option sales and development of new Channels
• Defines and Reviews (KPI) to ensure the achievement of company Commercial Channel Business growth targets.

Training and Brand Development
• Product training
• Opening new sales channels and find new sales pipes to increase the sales and insure target achievements
•Closely worked with representatives from product management, sales merchandisers, accounts receivable, logistics to ensure ease operation of key retail account.
•Ensure the availability of required stocks at all the retail outlets.
•Co ordinate marketing activities and support product managers to achieve the objectives of brands and the organization.
