1. Responsible about all technical support of all ERP SAP environment in KSA region.
2.Ensure SLA/KPI of ERP Technical services are met (operations support).
3.Ensure on-time and smooth completion of upgrades and Basis projects (projects support)
4.Enhancing the support and delivering high quality services that bring customer satisfaction globally.
5.Protecting SABIC business and critical data by securing its SAP solutions.
6. Managing manpower needs and IT budget with forecast look to improve and enhance IT solutions.
7.Developing strategic yearly objectives for team and department and trying to keep an eye on latest IT technologies that might enable and help SABIC business.
- Technical lead for Business Intelligence and Business Objects solutions.
- Assigned in EMDAD project to install and handle Business Objects XI 3.1 solution as a reporting services.
- SAP technical support for BI and doing all needed upgrades and patching (Support pack and fix packs)
- Ensure smooth technical support to reporting solutions
- Making integration and configuration with SAP and non SAP systems.
- Source system connectivity and RFCs creation
- Leading ERP global security team and ensuring best practices have been implemented to ensure protection of SAP solutions and running critical business data.
-Working in SABIC under Supply Chain Project in Riyadh as SAP Basis Administrator.
- Doing installation and all kind of upgrades to any SAP systems (ABAP and JAVA)
- Engaged with HP and SAP vendors to identify project requirements and needed systems through full days workshops.
- Experience on Oracle Database and HPUX server environment as hosting layer for SAP solutions.
- Ensure systems availability and backups are up to date.
- Basis administrator and maintaining SAP ECC core system.
- Ensure of daily health check for the systems
- Doing transports and opening client for modification
- Maintaining RFC connection and integrations with other SAP and non SAP systems.
