- Reconciliation of the claims through Third Party & Reinsurer
- Following with travel agencies for payments.
- Calculation of indemnity and salary leave
- Creating new account using the KYC form and reconfirming using
AML skills and tools.
- Follow up with clients for receivables on a monthly basis by sending
SOA to all Clients & Brokers.
- Keeping track Records of cash & cheque equivalents

Responsible for the complete Financial Accounting and MIS function of the division.

• Conduct on-going internal audit for the division to suggest improvement in the current method of operating. Continuously monitor the existing process from a control point of view.

• Exercise control on the inventory position of the division.


• Reconciliation of Bank Account, Customer Account & stores Accounts etc.

• Preparation of payroll for more than 200 employees.

• Monthly review of all Payable & Receivable Accounts and controls the credit system as per company Policy.

• Reviewing the receivable of the company taking action for collection of the dues.

• Preparation of costing project wise.

• Maintaining of Assets & stock register.

• Preparation of monthly cash flow.

• Follow up of shipping transactions incoming & export documents.
