• Manage and support Auditor for confirmation process end-to-end, including preparing confirmations, tracking responses, resolving queries, and effectively escalating internally and externally.
• Preserving accurate VAT Returns Filing each quarter as per Saudi Arabia legislation. Generating appropriate journal entries.
• Industrial experience in MS-Office application.
• Administration of Accounts Payable - Recording inventories in general ledger, checking invoices, cross checking invoices with Cheque, follow-up postdated Cheque with bank statement.
• Administration of Accounts Receivable - Posting sales invoices, matching receivables with invoices, preparing aging reports.
