▪ Evaluating the all incoming tenders/contracts/requirements received from contractors/clients.
▪ Preparation and maintaining of the scope related cost data bases for the tendering purposes
▪ Clarify the conflicts/doubts in the provided tender documents with the clients/Consultant/contractors by sending an RFI (Request for Information).
▪ Responsible to prepare/review material schedules, Bill of quantities (BOQ), specification & overall cost estimations; coordinating with team members and management personnel to ensure a smooth execution of projects.
▪ Cost estimation and budgeting for the tendering purposes using RAI Estimation software and MS Excel.
▪ Preparation and submission of commercial and technical offers for the tenders.
▪ Preparation of the preliminary Budget for the awarded project coordinating with the management and operation team .
▪ Follow-up with quotations from technical material suppliers for the tendering purposes.
▪ Preparing /reviewing the price/specification comparison sheets.
▪ Preparing, negotiating and analyzing the costs for tenders and contracts with sub-contractors.
▪ Monitoring the landscaping &irrigation project very closely with on hand in-depth knowledge and awareness of price, budget, specification, design and usage of every minute items in the projects to keep the project progress inline with the projected budget & plan.
▪ Providing the all technical and cost clarifications related to the projects to the project execution team.
▪ Preparing the variation order requests for all site instructions and variations from the base contract scope in proper formats with measurement sheet & other backup files.
▪ Able to advise the drafting/designing team regarding the drawing& specification requirements.
▪ Advising the procurement team regarding the price / specification requirements of the LPOs & subcontracts.
▪ Value engineering during the execution of the project to cut down the cost as required.
▪ Preparation/Reviewing of Material take off /measurements sheets / calculations done by the QS team for the job_in hand and tender projects.
▪ Advising the procurement department during the purchasing of technical items about the specification, alternative proposal, cost and quantity based on market price and project budget.
▪ Provide & advise the detailed specifications to the suppliers/vendors to help the procurement department to procure the right material at right cost.
▪ Preparation of variation orders requests when necessary.
▪ Reviewing the progress billings before submission in some special cases.
Responsibilities:
▪ Prepare the IPCs with all related backup files & inspection approvals.
▪ Preparing the project invoices based on approved IPCs.
▪ Prepare the quantities for the project execution team .
▪ Update the project budget with variation order approvals & site instructions.
▪ Analyzing the GAP between the progress billing and expense for the each BOQ items specifically.
▪ Reviewing the provided landscape design for the irrigation designing
purposes.
▪ Calculation of the water requirement for the landscaping area.
▪ Zoning of the landscaping area for the cost effective & feasible
irrigation system.
▪ Preparation of all hydraulic & electrical calculation related to the
irrigation system.
▪ Preparation of the detail irrigation design as per the project
specification.
▪ Analyzation of cost effectiveness of irrigation designing received from
the client and amend accordingly.
▪ Preparation of the shop drawings for the submittal to the
client/ Consulatants

Responsibilities:
▪ Preparation of shop drawings and detailed section drawings for
landscape & irrigation projects.
▪ Reviewing the comment from the consultant and revise the drawings
accordingly for the approvals
▪ Preparation of material takes off & BOQ for landscaping and
irrigation works from the drawing.
▪ Preparation of As-built drawings for landscape & irrigation projects
for the project close out requirements.
