DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
✓ Preparing Bill of Quantities based on drawings.
✓ Preparing detail drawing and take Steel Quatity.
✓ Take off measurement & material Ordering.
✓ Identifying the variation from the Client Instruction.
✓ Attending for Site meetings with Client/Consultant
✓ Re-measurement / site measurement as required.
✓ Assist to Project Manager to control financial aspects of the project.
✓ Coordinating with Site Engineers, Project Engineers and Subcontractors.
✓ Coordination of Labor, Machinery and Materials.
