Responsible for providing accounting support to accounting supervisors and other managers within the department. Keys daily worksheets to the general ledger system, ensures files are complete and maintained as needed, handles accounts payable duties, and assists accounting personnel.and thorough knowledge of book keeping, invoicing outstanding standing receivables, payable statement preparation payroll and Ledger posting payment request and cheque preparation, cross verifying client invoice, handling petty cash, bank reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, debit note credit note process, assisting auditing report preparation, filing the documents, etc
