• Manpower calculation and analyze how to distribute according to work criteria.
• Arrange trainings about safe method of performing a task.
• Monitoring workplace and find out unsafe acts or conditions.
• Hazard identification and analysis.
• Mitigation of hazards in the best possible way by maintaining proper safety rules.
• Preparing incident investigation report, observation form, safety violation form, stop work form etc.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Production process analysis and search out possible ways of improvement.
• Plan to make proper utilization of available resources and facilities.
• Prepare maintenance scheduling.
• Marketing planning & sales monitoring.
• Arrange and conduct safety trainings for all employees.
• Prepare permits related to work procedures.
• Identify any workplace or process related hazards.
• Perform PHA, HAZOP, SJA for every process and formulate risk matrices.
• Mitigate hazards to ensure workplace safety.
