•Providing logistics advice and resolved any shipment problems promptly; performing billing and collected payments from customers

•Communicating / corresponding with International agents and consignees, sent pre-alerts / pre advice/ arrival notice and ensured timely issuance of delivery orders, clearance and delivery of shipments
•Facilitating shipment status update to customers by monitoring movements from origin to destination
•Managing daily shipments to customer as per company’s quality standards and maintaining accuracy and integrity of all logistics information which led to an increase in customer satisfaction levels.
