• Monthly MIS reporting to the Management.
• Processing day-to-day accounting transactions and to ensure the complete and accurate processing of financial data.
• To compile and maintain the general ledger, income, expenses and journal entries.

• Preparation and analysis of monthly standalone and consolidated financial reports and submits to the Senior Accountant/Finance Manager.
• Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial reports for quarterly and yearly audit and submits to external auditor E&Y through Chief Accountant/Finance Manager.
• Processing and managing of accounts for overseas branch in U.A.E.
• Monitoring the daily purchase and sale of investments through Portfolios & K.S.E.
• Monitor daily investment & portfolio performances.
• Maintaining the Investment( Held for Trading, Available for Sale, Associates & Subsidiary)
• Processing all incoming receipts & out going payments; Wire transfers, cheques (including foreign currency), bank drafts.
• Handling all bank related enquiries either in person, by phone, via email or written correspondence.
• Reviewing the payroll and ensuring the accuracy of additions and deductions to employees.
• Preparation and reporting of income and expense forecasts to the management.
• Prepare special reports on demand assigned by manager and effectively accomplish in time bound.
• Assisting Real estate department for Real estate co-ordination work.
• Dealing with the auditors (Ernst and Young, Grant Thornton, Crowe Horwath…) for internal and external audit procedure.
• Monitoring and analyzing local and international portfolios.
• Any special tasks assigned by the Manager.

• Ensuring that information is accurately collected & entered into the accounting systems

• Assisting Real estate department for Real estate co-ordination work.

• Preparation of Monthly and Annual Financial reports which includes Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet, preparing and submitting the Books of Accounts for External Audit by M/s Ernst & Young.
• Preparation of Monthly MIS reports for performance analysis and recommend suggestive measures for improving Business.
• Involved in making of the Annual Budget for the company and ensuring the expenditure are controlled and does not overshoot the Budget.
• Liaison with the franchise in Singapore regarding payment of Royalty, preparing their statement of Accounts, coordinating the logistics during their Quarterly visits for standard review.

• Analysis of inventory.
• Preparation and calculation of payroll, Incentive, Indemnity, leave salary and Bonus …….Etc.
• Petty cash verification.
• Reconciliation of group related party statement account.
• Raw material unit cost tracking and inventory variance report.
• Preparation of inventory report and variance analysis.

 Control over all Accounting and Financial matters.
 Handling and maintaining Accounts upto Finalization
 Preparation of year ending Schedules and Accounts for Audit
 Reconciliation of: -
Bank, H.O, Branches, Debtors, Creditors and Stock.
 All kinds of Bank Transactions.
 Maintaining Purchase & Sales including Stock Register.

Currently Working with PASTAMATRIX RESTAURENT MANAGEMENT CO. W.L.L. (member of KAPICO group)in kuwait as an Accountant from October 2011 to till date.
