Controlling and monitoring Quality Control activities of Contractor/Sub contractor QA/QC personnel’s and Execute the Instrument/Electrical activities on site, collecting the relevant Objective proofs, ensuring supervision and coordination of Quality Control activities On Electrical & Instrument equipment/systems construction, Installation and Pre-Commissioning activities. Develop, maintain & revise Inspection procedure and techniques, during Construction & Pre commissioning stage.
Installation of lighting and small power systems.Installation of earthing and lightning protection systems.Installation of low voltage panels.Electrical Trace Heating.Installation and test procedure HV/LV electrical cables & instrument cables.Installation of cables ladder, perforated tray, Trunking and Conduit systems.Inspection of Glanding & Termination of Cables.Installation of instrument control panels, consoles& desks.Installation of instrument interface panels &Junction boxes.Installation of communication systems.Installation of PA/GA systems (Public address & General alarm).Installation of fire alarm systems.Installation of Detectors like Heat detectors, Infrared flammable gas detectors, UV/IR detectors H2S detector, H2 detector, Infrared flame detector, Smoke detecto.Involved in Commissioning of instrument, loop checking from field to control room, Signal checking of all instrument, which has coming from control room.Preventive maintenance and calibration of Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Flow Transmitters& Level Transmitters.Commissioning of Motor operated & Pneumatic Control valves, Dampers.All type of field instruments erection, calibration, Loop checking and commissioning .Documentation related to ITP, QCP, DEP, QMP, SAUDI ARAMCO.Electrical & Instrumentation material receiving inspection
