•Supervise the accurate registration of each Trans type; aligned with inbound/outbound movement in order to ensure stock accuracy aligned with yearly business plan / functional review

Achievements:
•Brought the department from 54% to 78% index in 6 months which is one of the best product index around the KSA
•Developed synchronized job responsibilities among co-workers which resulted in significant growth of the department productivity and co -workers efficiency
•Drastically reduced the damages in the store from forklifts with the help of Sales Supply Support (Logistics
and create new business opportunities at regional level. Plan and execute end to end Custom clearance and transport solutions that align with the company’s growth objectives i.e. pricing, vendor management, warehouse management, customer service, demand planning, logistic planning, service level agreement, cost reduction and operating budget
•Set and communicate the team sales target to the team and provide necessary support in the achievement of the target including contract negotiation
•Advice customers on efficiency of third party logistics (3PL) encompasses first-mile to last-mile solutions to transport freight, customs clearing process and Warehouse facilities
•Establish excellent service standards while focusing on maximizing the profit
•Timely follow up on queries and turning leads into sales
•Submit monthly revenue report and market performance analysis to the
