• Closely working with company’s L&D department to identify team’s skills gaps and provide required trainings for the development of team’s hard as well as soft skills.
• Effective negotiations with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors and lock deals with a win-win situation.
Responsible for the network and server Infrastructure crossdivisionally,
includes end-to-end Infrastructure services. Ensure that
Business locations are effectively supported with IT infrastructure
policies. Act as focal point for Infrastructure deliveries from the Global
GIS, & Global Vendors. Ensure alignment with global policies. (e.g.
Procurement, Security, Governance, etc.). Ensure provision and
management of local IT infrastructure and services to other business
units as per signed service level agreements.
Ensure network, system hardware and software are at peak operating
efficiency and availability both locally and remotely across the
enterprise. Adhere to departmental policies, procedures and
standards. Interact with users to resolve system problems.
Responsible for monitoring system and network security, make
recommendations and execute improvement plans.
MBA in MIS with 3.9 CGPA
