1. Inspecting and surveying the site of the insured on any mishap.
2. Sites inspected mostly were of fire damages, theft of property, construction damages etc
3. Creating a preliminary report and submitting to the office.
4 On being approved by the Manager the preliminary report is thus forwarded to the Insurance Company.
5. On being approved by the Insurance company further investigations are made on the site if required.
6. Based on the evidence found another approach is made to the Insurance Company for providing us the policy of the insured.
7. An extensive and detailed study is done on the policy.
(Depending on the evidences found the case may either go in favor of the insured or against them. Either they are provided with the loss fully, partially or nothing if the claim seems to be false.)
8. A Final report is created and may be amended accordingly and thus sent to the insurance company stating whether or not they should cover their losses if yes, What would be the total loss of the property and that amount of sum would be covered.
