• Review and have a thorough understanding of project specifications, scope of work, Task, Methodology, Material approvals, Inspection and test plan, and Quality control plan.
• Monitoring all quality related activities on the project coordination for the preparation and control of project management system documentation prior to project commencement.
• Ensure that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards and client specification.
• Involved in process and quality control for high pressure PU injection foaming systems.
• Responsible for product certification from Dubai Central Laboratory and Dubai Civil Defense
• Troubleshoot, find root causes, and make continuous improvement to productivity .
• Implementation of QHSE Management System policies and procedures, client quality control plan and project quality procedures.
• Identify potential QHSE issues and react appropriately to minimize the risk.
• Act as a management representative as per the QHSE management system.
• Act as a QHSE Internal Auditor as per QHSE management system.

• Ensure the product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished-product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing process
• To provide product and process reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends
• Ensure the inspection of all the incoming materials with the related material approvals
• Attending any issue related to QC from factory on day to day basis
