# Sales & Pre-sales support:
- Participate in Risk analysis
- Write and review Statement of Compliance documents
- Provide input to resources responsibility matrix & competence requirements
- Participate in Customer presentations and negotiations
# Analyze customer Situation:
- Analyze customer business process and requirements
- Propose solution scenarios with identified components
# Design Customer Solutions:
- Create acceptance documents
- Perform dimensioning analysis and implementation analysis
- Estimate costs for customer adaptations, implementations teams and operations
- Collect and document customer functional, features and delivery requirements
- Perform technical gap analysis
- Prepare and write solution and implementation descriptions
- Handle 3rd Party Products to be used in the solution
# Deliver Customer Solutions:
- Secure the functionality and technical quality of deliveries
- Prepare for solution Life Cycle Management
- Handle change requests and the consequences of such for the delivered offers and ordered deliveries from a Solution point of view
- Deliver integration services and support of products and networks
-Identify faults and troubleshoot according to a set of defined alternatives, and apply standard resolving processes in the network
- Develop and design customized solutions, end user application, methods, tools and scripts/features within a defined framework and in accordance to customer requirements
- Plan, design, configure, integrate, and optimize the network based on the customers’ requirements on the technical functionality.

-Mobile Soft Switch, MSS, design & systems integration
- Pre-sales & risk analysis of major telecom projects
- Core Network planning and traffic dimensioning
- Design & integration of charging nodes with mobile core network
- Customer Support and Operation & Maintenance of mobile core network
- Provide customer support services & troubleshooting through contracted processes like: Customer
Service Requests, CSRs, emergency handling & on-site support.
- Maintain system configuration records for software, market features and In-Service Performance, ISP, and benchmarking for assigned customer network.
- Handle the functional role of KCS (Knowledge Centered Support) coach to mentor, review and maintain the quality of internally-published knowledge sharing solutions
- Conduct tutorials and lab experiments for different undergraduate levels.
- Preparation of exercises related to several telecoms courses (Digital Signal Processing, Communication Principles, Electromagnetic and others).
- Lab & field testing of wire line logging equipment.
- Conduct safety & injury prevention sessions.
