Supervise and provide guidance to the structural design engineers, including coordination with other trades and insure the successful delivery of projects within the specified time and budget.
Main responsibility is to insure the successful delivery of projects within the specified time and budget. Structural design packages should be typically integrated with the architectural features of the Projects to serve the space usage, while maintaining structural integrity, serviceability and durability. Tasks include:
• Supervise and provide guidance to the structural design engineers.
• Prepare and update work packages including; specifications, bills of quantities, methods of measurements, and drawings for various phases of the work.
• Resolve technical queries and recommend solutions to engineering problems related to structural elements.
• Prepare detailed calculations on project related subjects.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and relevant codes.
