- Rendering advice to ALCO in terms of directing the assets and liabilities structure and the profit rate risk related to the mismatch within budget and plans in relation with the interest rate expectations.

- Participating in ALCO and rendering advice to CEO on market behavior and investment plans.
- Member in different committees internal and external (Central bank, Bankers union).
- Establishing Market risk limits for treasury department (approving hedging tools to be implemented).
- Identifying the market risk elements in product development process in respect to treasury perspective.
- Reconciling subsystems with the general ledger to monitor the deviations.
- Managing fixed income products within the bank and identifying tools to hedge such products.
- Establishing new products for treasury and retail.

- Preparing special reports with coordination with finance for marginal funding and capital adequecy constrains.
