1. Responsible of the Quality control inspection of the works according to the Project and ASTM standards.
2. Generating the weekly work plan in advance.
3. Reporting any kind of Non-Conformance Report (NCR) to the Quality Control supervisor.
4. Raising RFI and including its supporting documents.
5. Inspection of excavation, backfilling, compaction and field density test (FDT) including sub-base.
6. Preparing the project required quantities and supplementary documents.
1. Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to
deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
2. Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the
maximum benefit for the company.
3. Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance,
schedule and quality.
4. Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and
supplier preferencing study.
5. Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and procurement
strategies in purchasing to secure better prices.
6. Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality improvement.
7. Work with team members to complete duties as needed and maintain vital
documents such as(PR, RFQ, BOQ, RFI ... etc).
1. Supervise and guide the sales team as well as provide incentives to motivate staff
to achieve sales targets.
2. Ensure that the store is clean, well-maintained at all times and compatible with
V.M Guidelines.
3. Ensure that the store is adequately stocked with company products by
coordnating with stock team and using SAP inventory management system.
4. Regularly hosting sales meetings, briefings and training sessions using LMS.
5. Effective communication skills and strong management and leadership skills.

1. Preparation of daily work progress report.
2. Preparing BBS (bar bending schedule).
3. Execute steel as per approved structural design.
4. Checking the quality of RCC works such as foundations, columns, beams, walls
and slabs etc.
5. Inspection of surface preparation for the footings, pedestals, neck columns and foundations prior to application of waterproofing bituminous coat.
1. Ensure the work is being done as per specifications and approved design.
2. Supervision of the working labor to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality
and safety.
3. Monitoring concrete pour work including air content test, slump test and recording
the temperature of concrete (CORE TEST IF NEEDED).
