As MEP Manager, I am responsible for reviewing and checking design and shop drawings and specifications and materials submittals and responded various RFI’s and CTI’s submitted by the designer and contractor for Port Baku Towers (130000m²), Chinar Restaurant, Sahil Restaurant, ELECTRA & ENERJI Lounge Bar Club(2000people), Ganjlik Mall (120000m²), Mari Vanna Restaurant.
In addition to above;
• Review MEP design and project specifications prepared by the designer.
• Prepare tender documents for MEP works.
• Analyze and prepare comparison table for technical and financial offers from MEP subcontractors. Be sure the offers will be inline with the provided tender package.
• Review shop drawing, method statement and material approval procedure.
• Follow timely submission of mechanical shop drawings to Local Authorities
• Coordinate MEP (mechanical) works inline with the general work program.
• To follow daily and weekly MEP site reports.
• Attend to all site-meeting.
• Organize and record field inspections, check lists and test reports.
• To follow MEP subcontractor procurement schedule and be sure for the timely orders.
• Check and approve MEP subcontractor monthly payment reports and certificates.
• Report all site activities to Project Managers.
• Site inspection for installations in correct manner and good quality according to relevant standards and good engineering practice.
• MEP building services of NAD AL SHEBA ROYAL SPA (1000m²)
• Review MEP design prepared by the design contractor
• Coordinate the relations and communication between MEP subcontractor and Consultant Engineer at site
• Review shop drawing, method statement and material approval procedure
• Follow timely submission of mechanical shop drawings to DEWA (Dubai Electric Water Authority)
• Coordinate MEP (mechanical) works inline with the general work program
• To follow daily and weekly MEP site reports
• Attend to all site-meeting with the consultant and other parties
• Organize and record field inspections, check lists and test reports
• To follow MEP subcontractor procurement schedule and be sure for the timely orders
• Check and approve MEP subcontractor monthly payment reports and certificates
• Report all site activities to project manager

• Review MEP design prepared by the design contractor, comment if there is any missing or wrong information related with the design package

• Shop and coordination drawings of Mechanical building services (HVAC, plumbing and firefighting) of New Doha International Airport Passenger Terminal and Concourses A, B, C Project,
• Review MEP design prepared by designer (Bechtel)
• Prepare Mechanical shop drawings
• Prepare Mechanical coordination drawings
• Attend to all coordination-meetings with the contractor and other parties
