Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on
site.
• Manage the production of the required outputs, taking responsibility for overall progress and use of
resources and initiating corrective action where necessary
• Liaise with any external suppliers and contractors;
• Advise the Senior Project Manager of any possible deviations from the plan and possible
corrective actions
• Manage acceptance and delivery of work packages;
• Manage the invoicing and progress verification of works, payments certification, procurement,
managing construction companies, construction sites and dealing with Government authorities
and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress ensuring that work packages are being executed according to
agreements
• Lead contract management duties including supplier performance evaluations;
• Support the development and implementation of systems for internal control that ensure
compliance with contractual terms and conditions, in collaboration with the project, finance and
procurement team.
• Assist in management of the project information flows and oversee change controls, risk
registers and issue management by establishing oversight procedure

• Assist the PM in Monitoring overall project physical and financial deliveries and support the
project Manager accordingly. Track expenditure and take relevant action when required to revise
budgets (realignment and amendment).
• Issues the relevant Quality Records and, non-conformances reports
• Reviews the laboratory examination results.
• Checks materials quality
• Check the conformity with the Quality Control Plan and obtain the relevant documentation.
• Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan according to Client’s
requirements.
• Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test
results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent
materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
• Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications.
• Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all
quality manuals
• Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards
• Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection.
• Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality.
• Conducting field inspections to inspect standards of building structures and materials.
• Conducting field and laboratory tests on materials to measure compliance with regulations.
• Referring deviations and disagreements to city engineer for clarification.
• Maintaining records of documentation.
• Attending close-out meetings of construction projects.
• Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products
for shipping.
• Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the
specifications.
• Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
• Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.

specified work.
▪ Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan or Programmed and ensuring incorporated materials on
construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
▪ Monitor and control of construction equipment, tools, materials and work schedule of subcontractors on
daily and weekly basis
▪ Coordinate with client and arrange weekly meeting with QA/QC department to discuss quality issue
and the possible changes in the specification.
▪ Reviewing the method-statements for the general works and make some special MS FOR specialized or
remedial work. And follow BOQs, drawings, Technical Specification, QC plan, HSE plan, ) and
perform QA/QC inspection during post construction (handover QC inspection report)
▪ Prepare QIP (Quality Inspection Plan) and PQP (Project Quality Plan) for the project as per client
specification to ensure follow up Quality on site during construction phase.
▪ Coordinate with client and arrange weekly meeting with QA/QC department to discuss quality issue
and the make appropriate changes in the specification.
▪ Implementation of HSE policy of SERT and client’s policy on my subordinate to ensure safe work on
site
▪ Conducts civil inspections of asphalt & concrete pavements drainage system, building facilities
▪ Conduct fire proofing inspection for equipment vessels & steel structure
▪ Carrying out and managing all the site inspections and overall quality control for all the construction
activities through implementation processes
▪ Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
▪ Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
▪ Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
▪ Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

▪ Checking the quality of materials as per quality Inspection Plan.
▪ Prepare the estimate and cost of building and release the job.
▪ Site management including proper logistic management in coordination with procurement and quality
control department.
▪ Inspection of all activities according to Drawings, time safe, increasing the products
▪ Preparing daily Progress reports (Progress, Target vs. actual) Coordination with QC to proceed
Project as per ITP.
▪ Maintaining Health and Safety standards to assure the basic protection of complete staff at
Site.
