Resolving Network related issues in online examination.
Designing, Implementation, Monitoring and Troubleshooting of Network Infrastructure.
Configuration and Troubleshooting of Network Devices (Switch, Router, Wireless Router).
Installation of Client Operating Systems. (Windows, Linux, ) in new or existing computers, Laptops.
Configuring and Troubleshooting Desktops, Laptops as per client’s requirements.
Responsible for CCTV Data Backup and maintenance.
Configuring client systems or applications as per client requirements
Providing Technical Supports to all clients
Deploying Operating system thorough WDS.

Handling IT infrastructure 120+client systems, 3-DNS Server, 2-Backup DNS servers, 1-firewall server, 1-Antivirus system, 6-biometric registration systems, 12+CCTV, 2-printers.
Responsible to ready all DNS server, firewall system and 120+client systems OS installation and configuration for online exams as well CCTV Surveillance
In examination providing Technical support like system failure, network issue, and raising tickets to resolving problems.
Responsible to take daily CCTV data backup of examination which has been done

Assemble and Configure New Systems.
Installation of Biometric Machines.
Designing, Implementation, Monitoring and Troubleshooting of Network Infrastructure.
Configuration and Troubleshooting of Network Devices (Switch, Router, Wireless Router).
Installation of Server Operating Systems.
Installation of Client Operating Systems. (Windows, Linux, Mac iOS) in new or existing computers, Laptops.
Installing server roles like ADDS, DNS, DHCP, Print services.
Deployment of Operating Systems through WDS (RIS) Role Configuration and Troubleshooting of Network Devices (Switch, Wireless Router).
Providing customer support for Hardware, Network, System Software and Application Software, Printer related problem.
Configuring and Troubleshooting Desktops, Laptops and Servers.
Providing on-site and Remote Desktop Technical Support for Hardware, Network, Software and Printer related issues.
Configuring File Sharing, Printer Sharing services to users.
