Review, evaluate and approve over 50 to 100 maintenance strategies and plans for 150 to 200 employees with new and existing equipment's.

Coordinating and Supporting the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations & all civil maintenance within the facility and managing the petty cash available on site for repair & maintenance. 2. Supervising the overall operation and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical (Air Compressors, Air Dryers) and HVAC equipment's with the BMS Software. 3. Maintenance & inspection of DG set with ATS panel, plant lighting and 11/0.433 kV Distribution transformer & HT switchgear consist of SF6 breakers with HT cables (11 kV). 4. Guiding/leading the electrical maintenance team and soft services team and implementing the best maintenance strategy for the premises. 5. Implemented new ideas and saved almost SAR 1 0k per month in electricity consumption to our valuable customer. 6. Manage and maintain a comprehensive inventory of Hard and soft service equipment, supplies, and materials needed for facility operations.
We have done a project called power generation using revolving gate. In this concept we generate power while opening revolving doors or near bus stations from where when big vehicle crosses it will revolve and generate power.
