The project is a joint venture between Dorsch, DAO, and AHT, sponsored by KFW and the European Union, aimed at constructing 18 schools across the kingdom. I am responsible for supervising the construction of Al Khansaa Basic Boys School in Amman, which has a total area of 5085 square meters and consists of five floors.
The project is a factory with an area of 7000 m2 - steel structure.
The project is a Residential City for the Jordanian Armed forces on 250, 000 square meters of land with 99 Buildings with 1, 032 apartments for Officers & Armed Forces Personnel Designed by the UAE Command of Military Works, the scope of work included Buildings excavation, skeleton, and finishing works inspections.
Infrastructure work including sewer system, Water supply network, electrical supply network, manholes, concrete encasement, piping and concrete work. Landscape work including pavements, Sidewalks, Gardens, MEP infrastructure.
Quality follow up, ITP, Method statement and material submittals.
