- Coaching learners and making sure that they stay motivated and on
track with the course.
- Coordinating all aspects of the course and making sure the correct
content is uploaded, following up on assignments and compiling
results spreadsheets.
- Answering (telephonically or email) queries that learner may have.
- Checking marks and making sure that learners submit
assignments, as well as assisting with extensions and marking
queries.

Teaching conversational English and basic grammar to elementary school students, and partaking in vacation programs to assist lower level students.

Capturing new account applications, and confirming telephonically missing information with customers.
