Key roles and responsibility on respective position
Submission of interim valuations for client approvals.
Preparing sub-contract agreements by reviewing bonds, guarantees, and insurances.
Preparing rate analysis for extra work and variations.
Prepare BOQ’s for subcontract works and invite for tender.
Prepare budget comparisons to evaluate subcontractors.
Evaluation of interim and final account payments of subcontract works.
Record and maintain project income and expenditure to evaluate the project’s cash flow.
Projects work on:
i. Roads (Karamaba & Point Petro Main Roads), Contract sum 800 million LKR
ii. Residential Apartment, contract sum 3500 million LKR
Projects work on:
1. Proposed Hostel Project for Girls National School Kinniya.
2. Renovation of Divisional Secretary Office.
