BMA International is a consultancy and advisory firm engaged in a variety of business management, investment advisory, business process outsourcing, training and compliance & corporate governance related services.
Being founder and Managing Partner, my key responsibilities include overall smooth operations of the firm’s matters including business development, negotiation, execution and on time delivery of projects, hiring of staff with required skills set and maintaining customers relations etc.
Since the inception of the firm, we have delivered the following main projects;
- Corporate Restructuring of a leasing company operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, successfully spun off from other group companies, developed corporate framework and re-organization for independent operations, created policies and procedures, converted to IFRS compliant entity, made ready for SAMA compliance review.
- Providing books keeping services and CFO outsourcing facility to various KSA based entities.
- BMA alonwith a New York based transportation group, successfully raised USD 8 million for a New York City Transportation Project.
- Successfully closed an equity investment deal by bringing Chines investment of PKR 800 million for a textile unit operating in the Punjab area of Pakistan.
- Few main mandates in hand are, a USD 6 billion project of 36 berths Seaport along with a fish harbor in Pakistan and for a scheduled bank an investment of PKR 9 B in Tier 1 capital.
