Responsibilities
Manage Core Banking Automation (CBA) program for National Bank of Pakistan. Responsible for planning, governance & control of CBA projects with multi-million Dollar contract value, including 3 core banking applications from Fidelity core banking portfolio Profile, Profile Islamic Banking & AllProfit. Other satellite projects include implementation of SAP FI/CO & HCM, Theta Origins - Loan Origination, Misys Kondor+ for Treasury and Internet Banking; Managing team of 30 resources, responsible for developing people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring all levels of staff
• Lead Program Management engagements, responsible for the end to end management and timely completion of projects.
• Defining program and project work streams in coordination relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain and publish progress reports of all assigned projects and escalate issues, conflicts, constraints to appropriate stakeholders.
• Plan, prepare and review deliverables in various forms including written reports, presentations and discussions with client, processes for risk control and reporting.
