My Role in PCS was that of a Sr. Security Engineer where I was responsible for Presales and Post-sales implementation and support for different Security Technologies throughout the Middle East.

As a Presales Engineer, my responsibilities included POCs of various Security Technologies, mainly Identity Management Solutions, SIEM Solutions, Vulnerability and Compliance Management solutions, DLP Solutions with a success rate of 98% in winning deals against competitors. This role also included giving technical presentations, designing solutions, and answering technical RFPs along with training and consulting in the above mentioned solutions. I have also done projects as a consultant where my target was to give basic understanding and awareness of latest security technologies like SIEM Solutions, DLP Solutions and Compliance Management solutions, being completely vendor neutral and helping customers decide on the right product vendor for them. Also helped new customers build a strategy in deploying their SIEM solutions to build an inhouse Security Incident Response Centre.

As a Post Sales Engineer, my responsibilities included Project Management, implementation and support of various Security Technologies ranging from simple Anti Virus Solutions to complex SIEM solutions and Identity Management Solutions. With training and certification in most of the latest security products and technologies, most projects were completed on time with complete customer satisfaction. Various projects were done throughout the Middle East and customer list includes top banks, government and private organizations in the Middle East with more than 10 SIEM and Identity Management implementations across the Middle East including the likes of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Nawras, Abu Dhabi Media Company, Abu Dhabi Judiciary, ADSIC and Etisalat. I have also been a part of a team to be appointed by RSA to provide Professional Services for implementing their SIEM Solution. (RSA ASN Certified).
