- Responsible and Point Of Contact for Facilities Maintenance Services Contract Management, operation, Service Delivery, contract Administrative Support, Event management, Strategic Direction, Standard Operating Procedures, Plans, Inventory Management, Preventative Maintenance planning, and statutory maintenance, routine and emergency maintenance of hard services includes installation including Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, heating, ventilation, carpentry and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, chillers. HVAC, fire fighting /detection and Fires safety, Medical Gas System plumbing, Life Safety System, Architectural design, ground maintenance, Water safety, Car park gate, garage, detect maintenance issues including civil and swimming pool issues, Sewage and Drainage system, Cleaning & Utility systems, phone systems, building security system. Project management of Fit-out project, small works, Audit, change Management, Innovation, route cause, Investigation and Troubleshooting by ensuring good maintenance work Quality Management (QMS) and business disruptions are prevented., , Responsible for Maintenance and facilities management functions and staff in the assigned facilities, and is responsible to ensure proper maintenance, repair, operation, and efficiency of all plant and building Being Performed.

- Work directly with Facilities Director in Business Case Development, Management Reporting Identified Issues, Value and developing services, Continuous Improvement, Systems Management, and Maintenance planning (PMP), Operating Project Budgets forecast and Budget Development, organizing, implementing, Meet Deadlines and managing compliant and efficient facilities operations.

- Implementation Transitions and mobilisations, Implements operational strategies, Service Levels, Optimising Performance Management, Project Management, and Auditing prepare site policies and procedures, product and equipment standardization to realize Regulatory Requirements Compliance operational efficiencies. Act as facilities coordination point and subject matter expert for all activities within the facilities.

- Responsible to coordinate with Construction management, Capital Planning, P&l Management, Financial Management and Energy Management, Handover, Due Diligence, Energy Management Systems, Transitions, Warranty and guarantee, Satiability to ensure Safety Practices and Protocols, efficient, and effective projects in the facilities.

- Responsible of Total facilities management (TFM contractors, Client Relationships, Annual maintenance contract, Annual Budget, Third party contract, vendor management, Costing, Negotiate Contracts Material and store management, Emergency procedures, Security Procedures, Information Security, RFQ, Inventory, finances, Invoices, contracts, expenditures, purchases contractual KPIs and pre-defined SLA and High Quality services.

- Supervise and manage 45+ Facilities & maintenance team of skilled and non-skilled staff with Technical Support, Recruitment, training, Coaching, Toolbox, includes tools, equipment, cost reduction, material management and maintaining Employee Relations.
