•Process all pertinent documents in accordance with the requirements of the immigration office (Ministry of the Interior), Ministry of Labor, Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other government offices in compliance with the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar.
•Process all applications for labor quotas and modification to labor quotas.
•Process all pending applications for employment visas, business visas, residence visas, exit visas, any other types of visas.
•Process all applications for issuance of Qatar driving licenses for clients and employees.
•Process all required documents in Arabic and assist with translation services (to Arabic or from Arabic).
•Provide updates, answers and guidance to all concerned Move One immigration coordinators and consultants and management about status of tasks, challenges, delays and any other relevant information continuously and upon request.
•Handling all original documents with care and following the appropriate procedures upon receipt and return of all original and attested documents in order to hand over and track properly
•Updating Managers on any changes in the related law
