Inspection all site activities, material inspection, Preparation quality document for activities
related to the project, Implementation of the established procedure & ITP.
* In charge of carrying out regular inspections on the work carried out on site and
monitoring the tests and work of major activities.
* Responsible for co-coordinating with architects and clients.
* Co-ordination with Consultant inspection testing. Maintain calibration register, FDT
register, cube register, Verification of material handling and storage.
The activities include construction of Malty story buildings, heavy foundation, Concrete
slabs, concrete columns, Raft concrete, Shopping mall, IT Parks, Malty story car parking,
pump house, underground water tank, pavement road.
* Monitor all works in progress and immediately notify the responsible Field
Engineer, Supervisor or Foreman of any activity that may not be in accordance
with project specifications.
* Carry out all inspections and tests as indicated on the appropriate Inspection &
Test Plan (ITP).
* Record all inspections and tests on the appropriate form or checklist, as indicated
on the relevant ITP and sign off the same.
* Report any defective material or non-conforming activity to the Project/Site QA/QC

Buildings, All type of Foundations, Manholes, Duct banks, Sub Station,
Pavements, Underground GRE pipe line Works, Cooling water GRP pipe
line
NATURE OF WORK:
* Carry out all inspections and tests as indicated on the appropriate Inspection & Test Plan
and Specifications (ITP).
* Reviewing contractors ITP (QCP) project quality plan, method of statement and work
procedure and other documents in relation to quality aspect
* Monitor all works in progress and immediately notify the responsible Field Engineer,
Supervisor of any activity that may not be in accordance with project specifications.
* Raising of NCR & Implementing best industry practice for continual Improvement
* In charge of carrying out regular inspections on the work carried out on site and
monitoring the tests and work of major activities.
* Check the Receiving material and ensure it is as per agreed specification and is
documented on Material submittal.
* Record all inspections and tests on the appropriate form or checklist, as indicated
on the relevant ITP and sign off the same.
* Prepare the Project Quality control Plan, Method statement and ITP required on
the site execution works
* Upon completion of satisfactory inspection, submit Inspection Request generated by
Site/Field Engineer to Client staff and coordinate with them for completing such
inspections.
* Ensure that any outstanding works or remedial work required is brought to the attention
of the responsible Site/Field Engineer, Supervisor or Foreman.
* Report any defective material or non-conforming activity to the QA/QC Manager.
* Carry out other duties excluding construction / supervision task as required by Project/Site
QA /QC Manager
* Co-ordinate with the Site / Independent Testing Laboratory / Third Party Inspection and
Site/Field Engineers/Supervisors/Foremen in conducting tests and to document and
submit them for Client’s approval.
* Liaising with External auditors during ISO audit and maintaining ISO requirements
* Undertaking internal audits. Preparing Internal Audit reports and contractor QA audit
Reports
* Monitoring Non Conformance Reports and assisting project team for closeout with
Consultants
* Implementation of company quality procedure and maintaining the procedure at site.
* In charge of carrying out regular inspections on the work carried out on site and
monitoring the tests and work of major activities.
* Responsible for implementation the procedure as stated in the QCP, Method statements
and directly ensure their compliance.
* Identification of constructions materials from approved DGS and drawings.
* Maintaining log book for all inspection activities.
* Co-ordination and interactions with clients, consultant and quality control authorities
ensuring safety and quality of work and also expecting the decision making.
* Coordinate with site supervisor and Client’s QA/QC Inspector with regards all activities to
be carried out on-site.
* Prepare the checklists for the activities that are to be performed and obtain the client
approval for the same.
* Prepare and submit the required documents/records and reports to the client, initiate the
requests and obtain Approvals for all controlled activities.
* Witness and inspection of work activities at site and ensuring the material is being used as
per approved material submittal, procedures and as per drawing.
* Check the material and ensure it is as per agreed specification and is documented on
MAR.
* Monitor the use of operational equipments and ensure the monitoring the measuring
equipments on site are calibrated and ready for use.
* Reviewing reports, documentation and filling of papers works as per client requirement .
* Slump test for every concrete pouring activities, Grouting and field density test check with
third party technician as per project specification.
* Pipe line trench inspection prior to lowering the pipe line, pre padding and post padding
inspection for concrete work.
* Ensuring the departmental procedures and being implementation and they meet the
requirements.
* Preparing punch list items and working on punch list clearance with client representative.
* Witnessing survey works for civil activities.
* Solve the site related construction problem in consult with seniors.
* Coordinate with independent laboratories, Suppliers/Sub-Contractors on all QA/QC related
issues and obtain all required documentation.
