Develop a stakeholder management strategy and supporting processes and structures for the CNPC.

Assume overall project responsibility for all matters of a project planning and control required to ensure the successful completion of the project.
•Advise Project Manager and Project team on all project planning and control matters.
•Attend project progress and other interface meetings as required.
•Preparation of all weekly/ monthly reports both for the client and corporate head office.
•Preparation of project specific planning and control procedures.
•Ensure the implementation of corporate procedures and project specific procedures for project planning and control within the project organization.
•To prepare for and attend reviews and appraisals, taking responsibility for self-development and training.
•Communicates with other managers, supervisors, and colleagues throughout the project.
Understand WBS structure, and work with management and project/maintenance team in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating and project control.
•Understand contractual matter, earn value method, familiar with scope management and change control.
•Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule.
•Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar chart plan considering all inputs (manpower, equipment's and materials) availability, production and construction sequences.
•Develop work method of statement or procedure as required.
Coordinates program or project planning and implementation, including assessing needs, setting goals and objectives.
Participates in project budget planning and development.
Establishes project work plan and calendar or schedules; monitors, reviews, and evaluates progress.
Monitors record keeping and file maintenance for the project.
Supervises other project staff; assigns tasks; sets priorities.
Prepares records of project activities; oversees and ensures the timely processing in and the delivery of required materials.
Serves as liaison for the department; coordinates activities and exchanges information.
Project implementation in accordance with the required specifications and engineering standard.
