Develop a stakeholder management strategy and supporting processes and structures for the CNPC.
Integrate and align internal and external stakeholder programs and coordinate the implementation of relevant plans.
Manage stakeholder mapping and prepare communications to stakeholders and respond to stakeholder inquiries

Effectively manage the expectations of stakeholders by being clear about what is negotiable and what is set in stone.
Work closely on an ongoing basis with 'partners' especially Client, Contractors, Sub-Contractors & Suppliers.
Work collaboratively with Bidding Team, Technical Team, Procurement Team, Construction Team & other internal stakeholders of the organization.
Establish and maintain stakeholder databases.
Attend client-facing meetings, collaborative planning workshops and report to the client on progress.
Attend relevant meetings & cooperate events to enhance the CNPC image e.g. Public Meeting, Pre-Bidding Meeting, Seminars, Trade Shows.

Assume overall project responsibility for all matters of a project planning and control required to ensure the successful completion of the project.
•Advise Project Manager and Project team on all project planning and control matters.
•Attend project progress and other interface meetings as required.
•Preparation of all weekly/ monthly reports both for the client and corporate head office.
•Preparation of project specific planning and control procedures.
•Ensure the implementation of corporate procedures and project specific procedures for project planning and control within the project organization.
•To prepare for and attend reviews and appraisals, taking responsibility for self-development and training.
•Communicates with other managers, supervisors, and colleagues throughout the project.

Understand WBS structure, and work with management and project/maintenance team in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating and project control.
•Understand contractual matter, earn value method, familiar with scope management and change control.
•Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule.
•Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar chart plan considering all inputs (manpower, equipment's and materials) availability, production and construction sequences.
•Develop work method of statement or procedure as required.

Coordinates program or project planning and implementation, including assessing needs, setting goals and objectives.
Participates in project budget planning and development.
Establishes project work plan and calendar or schedules; monitors, reviews, and evaluates progress.
Monitors record keeping and file maintenance for the project.
Supervises other project staff; assigns tasks; sets priorities.
Prepares records of project activities; oversees and ensures the timely processing in and the delivery of required materials.
Serves as liaison for the department; coordinates activities and exchanges information.

Project implementation in accordance with the required specifications and engineering standard.
•Reports to the project manager on the matters related to the project management and implementation.
•Interacts closely with the project consultant on the required specifications, schedule and day to
Day progress of the project.
•Inventory reports, and stock reports.
