Customer Service Executive
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the entire clinic.
• Obtain nutritional supplies for your clinic as needed.
• Maintain insurance records of the patients.
• Ensure staff maintains professionalism at all times including proper uniform attire, manner of performing professional duties.
• Make schedules 1 month in advance and submit to Clinical Director prior to due date.
• Assume first call for clinical staffs that are ill or unable to come to work; participate in Manager on call schedule.
• Coordinate with Human Resources to identify recruiting needs and assist/initiate interviews of new personnel.
• Ensure new staff members are provided an appropriate orientation with guidance and training in the areas of triage, back office duties, lab procedures, opening and closing procedures,
phone etiquette, front desk logs, and money balancing.

• Complete annual performance reviews with the assistance of human resources and clinical
director.
• Ensure laboratory quality control.
• Order supplies and medications for the clinic. May delegate responsibility as needed.
• Ensure clinic does not run out of supplies or medications.
• Convene staff meetings monthly with assistance of clinical director.
• Follow up with patient complaints and convey findings to clinical director to determine if further
action is required.
• Maintain a tracking system for the purpose of trending.
• Maintain and monitor patient flow throughout the clinic and notify clinical director if any
problems persist.
• Investigate patient complaints and report to clinical director.
• Take ownership and responsibility for continually assessing all processes and generating ideas and solutions for improvement.
• Project a positive attitude and maintain mutual respect with all individuals.
• Take responsibility for maintaining a professional, clean, safe and secure environment
