-Participating in a two month training focusing on customer service, ticket sales, hotel bookings and other travel related topics.
-Visiting different destinations for hotels’ inspection (i.e. Istanbul, Antalya, Dubai & Cairo).
-Assessing individual's and business people's needs to help them make the best possible travel arrangements.
-Conversing with customers to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required.
-Handling customer orders (hotel & transportation reservations) and payments.

-Planning, arranging, and selling itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers.
-Dealing with complicated customer itineraries.
-Organizing ready made packages and promotional material.
-Providing clients with important travel information (i.e. passports, visas, foreign currency, travel insurance, car hire abroad, local customs, points of interest, and foreign country regulations).
-Dealing with clients’ complaints.
-Liaising with tour operators and other key partners such as hotels and airlines regarding bookings and schedules.
-Using and updating IT skills, since information on holiday packages and bookings is usually accessed via a network
