Initiate correspondence with respective clients, sub contractors and suppliers as applicable.
Sourcing information about latest products & active suppliers in market.
Following up/ settling the outstanding payments for the division.
Coordinating product complaints by liaising with staff members and the respective customer/ supplier.
Providing necessary technical data sheets to staff members / clients.
Creating sales order and coordinating the delivery process between team members & store
Maintaining & updating of Project Intelligence System / Project’s database (ongoing, tender, hold stage etc.).
Worked on MCA (Micro-center) system.
