• Legal responsibilities and compliance: Responsible for ensuring the company remains compliant with current Bahrain law.
• Employee benefits: structure and put up compensation and benefits referring to the compensation/salary and other monetary and non-monetary benefits.
• Developing the HR plans and policies in conjunction with the company’s overall development plan.
Responsible for recruiting staff for all categories for different sectors of company, which include restaurant Food and Beverage Services & Kitchen, café, active entertainment and sports.
•Increasing Bahraini percentage for Adventure Cube up to 50% and maintain it for 1 year.
• Team leader in opening with 120 headcounts.
• Supporting the team in Tamkeen enrolment for business and Bahraini wages support, salary increase and training
• structure and put up compensation and benefits referring to the compensation/salary and other monetary and non-monetary benefits with corporate office of Wyndham for GCC hotels.
• Responsible in recruiting all staff categories for franchise restaurant in the hotel for owner.
• Active team leader to support the social activities and green environment and recycling.
• Formatting HR Department in the company by creating profiles of 200 staff, introducing hierarchal structure, creating a compensation and benefits document
• Planning with training institution first team building training for more than 100 staff.
• Align the company with Bahrain Labor Law requirements
Key team member in renovation, and we releasing 150 staff in legal way in addition to keeping staff satisfied
•Re-opening hotel with headcount of 250 team members from various nationalities
•Pilot company during the opening in The Labor Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) and first hotel to enroll
•Group team leader to convert from old HR & Payroll system to new system
•Increasing Bahraini percentage and maintaining it between 28% to 32%.
•assess salaries and benefits between 5 and 4 stars’ hotel in Bahrain for management.
