• Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction projects, and coordinated all resources to ensure project execution and completion as per agreed time/budget.
• Examined contract documents and design drawings and checked for alignment with building and safety regulations and project requirements, identified discrepancies, if any, and suggested modifications.
• Tracked and reported technical aspects of projects including overall quality of deliverables and milestones during daily/weekly meetings with Project stakeholders.
• Reviewed Shop Drawings and ensured compliance with designs; evaluated materials/inventory/materials, etc.) following Contract Requirements. Addressed all design issues and liaised with owners and consultants to obtain necessary approval and identify/mitigate risks.
