Roles and Responsibilities:

As a flexible member of the team I was required to handle multiple and a wide range of responsibiliets which mainly included the below

•Managing the helpdesk activities and maintaining monthly MIS
•Addressing customer greivances and concerns
•Handling concern of Walk In customers and providing the resolution of their concerns
•Preparing and issuing clearance letters, Liability letters and Agreement letters
•Transalting and typing Arabic letters
•Assisting in Police case filing and police case releases
•Providing financial advices to customers who have delinquent liablities with the bank
•Liasing with other departments to ensure customers issue is resolved
•Liablity check of deceased customers for court case referral
•Raising insurance claims for credit card and loan customers
•Providing training and orientation to new joinees

•Doing chq return memo through the system
•Send FCY CHQS for collection & send outward scanned CHQS to OPC CLG DEP
