 Manage Cisco Routers/Switches, VLAN, Hubs, Modems, and other network connectivity devices.
 Manage and maintain Spiceworks - a Ticketing System - m to handle User Requests.
 Install new printers and share them on a common network.
 Manage user requests via Remote Desktop and Remote Applications (Dameware Remote Control).
